The Right Reverend Steven Ayule-Milenge, Bishop Ordinary of the ACC’s Diocese of Congo, reports significant progress on the vocational training center attached to the Pro-Cathedral of the Holy Trinity (Sainte Trinité), Bukavu, Democratic Republic of Congo.
The center is designed to provide training in the manufacture of shoes, belts, purses, and handbags as a source of income for the people of the diocese. Rooms for training, exhibition, and workshops have been completed as Phase 2 of the project. A second floor is now under construction as
Phase 3, which will be a guest house to ac-
commodate people travelling from remote
parishes for short term training seminars.
