The ACC Archives are located in the University of Akron's Polsky Building
The Provincial Archives of the Anglican Catholic Church are housed at the University of Akron in Ohio. Material stored in the archives includes documents related to the founding of the ACC, financial records of the Province, reports from past synods, and minutes of the College of Bishops.
Other items of historical interest include back issues of The Trinitarian, APA publications, collections of official correspondence, and video recordings of significant events and services. A brief summary of the collection may be found on the UA Archival Services website.
Planning a Visit
The Archives are located in the Polsky Building (Room 10, Lower Level--access through the High Street Entrance only) near the University of Akron's main campus. Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Metered parking is available on the street; passes may be obtained through UA Parking Services.
All items housed in the archives are non-circulating, but photocopying or scanning of material is permitted, provided doing so does not violate donor agreements and/or copyright restrictions. Laptops and cameras may be used with the permission of the University Archivist.
Scholars wishing to access the Archives are advised to contact UA Archival Services in advance so material can be made available.

The Provincial Historiographer is responsible receiving, cataloging, and storing all documents and other media related to the history of the Original Province. The current Historiographer is The Reverend Canon Leigh Kester, Ph.D.
